| The Mansion |
| First Floor Mansion Main (6 sub-boards)
This is the actual school. More Details to come.

| Second Floor (Main)
Protecting the children from below and giving living room to the X-Men is the second floor. Here you will find the rooms of most of the single Adult X-Men. Living here means spacious 2 room suites decorated to match the personailty of the occupant.

| Girl's Wing (3rd Floor)
J-pop, phasing in the hallways and the smell of perfume...the fellas of the mansion better get ready the ladies are here, strong and beautiful. This is the wing dedicated to the young women and would-be heroines of the Xavier's Academy. All the girl's rooms are located on this side of the mansion, seperated from the gentlemen by the Student Study.

| The Student Study (3rd Floor)
The Student Lounge is a large open room with a 60" Plasma TV, video games and two computers. Its the common hangout for all the teens of the mansion between classes or at night. Sitting between the boys and girl's wings, it the perfect hanging spot and right at the top of the staircase.

| Boy's Wing (3rd Floor)
Loud Music, skating in the hallways...yep the fellas of the mansion are in the house! This is the wing dedicated to the young men and would-be heroes of the Xavier's Academy. All the boy's rooms are located on this side of the mansion, seperated from the ladies by the Student Study.

| Fourth Floor
The fourth floor is the floor devoted to the Married members of the X-Family and Professor Xavier.
The double sized suites of this floor are 3 room suites with large bathrooms and the largest bedroom of the mansion, Professor X's master bedroom is located here. Jean and Scott Summers, James and Anne-Marie Everett and Todd Rice and his lover Edison Admir all live on this floor.

| The Attic and Greenhouse
The final level of the mansion is the attic and greenhouse. This space serves as the large residential storage place for the mansion to the east wing. to the west wing there is the indoor pool and dance studio. The middle of the attic is a large rainforest-like greenhouse and the quarters of Storm.

| Sub-basement Hall
Below the mansion lies the steel walled sub-basement the X-Men call their homebase. Here the "New Mutants" train to hone their gifts to perfection or at least control. Its also the home of the X-Men's fantastic equipment and vehicles.

| The War Room (1 sub-board)
The war room is the meeting place for the X-men in the mansion. Here the senior teem meets to discuss strategy and review private files.

| Danger Room
The danger room is a room triple the length of a football field with a 60 foot ceiling and stark metallic walls. The admantium/promethium mix is nearly indestructable and the perfect place for young mutants to learn to control dangerous powers.

| The Infirmary
The place where injured students, teachers, or guests come to get healed. Doctors Jean Grey or Henry McCoy most often frequent this area. This place also serves as the general medical lab.

| The Hanger
The hanger is the landing platform and repair bay for the more exotic vehicles used by the X-men. 4 SR71 Blackbirds sit here and 3 mini Backbirds rest nearby.
